Returns & Exchanges
We get it — sometimes things just don't work out. You've got 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Drop us an email at hello@vintagerebels.com.au and we'll sort you out.
Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items. Once we receive your return and confirm it's in original condition, we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
If you'd prefer store credit, you've got 30 days from delivery — and we'll throw in a little extra on top as a thank you. 💗
Sale items, custom orders and digital products are final sale. Sorry babe, no exceptions on these.
That's entirely on us. Email us immediately at hello@vintagerebels.com.au with a photo and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

We're not a warehouse pumping out mass-produced fast fashion. When you place an order, we actually make your order. That means it's worth the wait.
Your order is handpressed and quality checked. Allow 5–7 business days for production.
Once ready, your order is carefully packed and handed to our shipping partner. You'll receive tracking details by email.
Australia: 4–7 business days | International: 7–14 business days
During sales, new launches or busy periods (hello Christmas 😅), production times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you in the loop.
